Data Abstraction
Clients engage Unison to review and abstract data from contracts and leases to assist their teams build and update their databases, prepare due diligence reports and support litigation teams with the discovery process.
At the end of an abstraction project, you will have a concise and accurate collection of document summaries ready to be utilised by your contract management team or software provider.
We will provide reports, designed in collaboration with you at engagement, on the outcome of the review, any risk identified and the required actions to be taken to address the risk.
Being a law firm too, if requested, we can also assist with a cost/benefit analysis in regard to recouping monies owed under the contracts and undertake the recovery process.
